Iuno Zodiac
Iuno Zodiac features level 3 figure cards, deathly sin and zodiac spell cards and regular gem cards of order 4 to 6.
The extension introduces spell blocker cards as a new card type: blocker cards can be played by opposing players
to prevent other card types from coming into effect by directly sending them to Hell before they would arrive on Earth.
Card types
The Iuno Zodiac deck breaks down into four card types: 6 figure cards, 24 spell cards,
18 gem cards and 6 blocker cards. Blocker cards can be played by opposing players
to prevent other card types from coming into effect by directly sending them to hell.
Figure (card)
Figure cards typically bring permanent effects, which
are into effect when the
figure card is active.
Spell (card)
Spell cards typically bring
one time effects, which immediately come into effect when arriving on Earth.
Gem (card)
Gem cards can be used
to pay for spell or figure cards, when their element matches the element of the played card.
Blocker (card)
Blocker cards can be played as a reaction from an opposing player. They neutralise a respective other card type.
Spell blockers
Spell blockers can be played as reaction from an opposing player (without any paid cost or action needed)
and prevent a player's spell to come in effect. The respective spell is directly moved to Hell.
Additional operator
As an additional operator, "all" can be used to illustrate validity to all game components of a kind.
"All" is typically placed in between another operator and a game component.
